Connect information to operations

Custom business management systems

When records are spread across tools, keeping track becomes difficult. We design management applications around your process and the people involved.

When your tools no longer fit the way you work

We review process steps before defining useful screens or automation.

  • Requests, documents, and statuses are scattered.
  • Your team enters the same information in several places.
  • Different roles need access to different data.
  • A manual process needs to become a digital tool.

Features chosen around real work

Data and records
Organization of information, attachments, and relationships between records.
Workflows and tracking
Screens, statuses, and actions suited to the stages of your process.
Roles and integrations
Role-based access and connections to existing tools where their interfaces allow it.
Validation and documentation
Workflow checks using representative examples and useful documentation for getting started.

Start with the priority process

We define the users, data, and steps to cover. Integrations, data migration, and additional features are clarified before work begins.

Private configurator

Artik Generator

Artik Designs previously designed its drawer dividers by hand on paper. Working with the company, Mongoose Interactive developed the idea, then designed and built the digital generator from start to finish to simplify that process. The private tool connects to a third-party management platform; the screenshots show a demo interface.

How we work

A clear project, from the first conversation to ongoing support

We define scope, priorities, and responsibilities with you. Each stage helps validate the next.

  1. Understand and define

We discuss your goals, users, and constraints. Scope, deliverables, and budget factors are set out in the proposal.

  2. Design and validate

Structure, screens, and user journeys make the solution tangible. Your feedback helps validate the direction before key features are developed.

  3. Build and deliver

We build the agreed features and check user journeys, forms, and display across devices before launch.

  4. Support and improve

We clarify access, useful documentation, and support options. Maintenance and future improvements can then be arranged around your needs.

Frequently asked questions

Before we start

A few pointers to help define your project, its scope, and the work ahead.

How is the budget determined?

It depends on content preparation, screens, features, integrations, and existing tools. We define priorities and scope to prepare a suitable proposal. Hosting, licenses, and ongoing support are clarified separately where applicable.

How is the schedule planned?

The schedule depends on scope, content readiness, and approvals. We discuss stages and dependencies during project definition. A significant change in requirements may lead to a revised schedule.

Does all my content need to be ready?

You can contact us with an idea, existing documents, or a list of needs. We then identify the text, photos, data, and approvals required. Content creation or editing is specified in the project scope.

Which accounts and files are handed over?

The proposal specifies administrative access, delivered files, usage rights, and third-party licenses. We also clarify who manages the domain, hosting, and updates so responsibilities are understood.
